Vendor Flex integrates a vendor’s warehouse into Amazon’s logistics network.
 Instead of sending inventory to Amazon fulfilment centres, vendors allocate space inside or next to their own facility, where Amazon installs its systems, equipment, and staff to operate a mini fulfilment node.
