Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is Amazon’s internal freight and logistics network, responsible for moving goods from vendors or suppliers to Amazon fulfillment centers - often for 1P (Vendor Central) operations.

ATS acts as a carrier, offering:

• Freight pickup from vendor warehouses
• Inbound shipment delivery to Amazon FCs (Fulfillment Centers)
• Tracking and routing management
• Compliance monitoring for on-time and accurate delivery

ATS is primarily used when:

• The vendor uses the Collect (WePay) shipping model
• Amazon arranges and pays for transportation
• A vendor receives a routing confirmation and ARN (Amazon Reference Number)
