    SQP Analyzer Multi-level Grouping Table

    Up to 3 levels deep

Group by keyword, ASIN, and period in a nested hierarchy to go from overview to granular detail in one view.

    Expand & collapse rows

Drill into the groups that matter and collapse the rest to keep your table clean and focused.

My vs Market in every row

    Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about SQP Analyzer

What is the SQP Analyzer tool?

The SQP Analyzer brings Amazon's official Search Query Performance reports (part of Amazon Brand Analytics) into a single, flexible dashboard. Instead of raw reports, you get custom charts, a multi-level grouping table, and a conversion funnel that compare your performance directly against the market for every search query.

Where does the SQP data come from?

The data comes directly from the official Amazon Search Query Performance reports (part of Amazon Brand Analytics) via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). This ensures you are looking at real, first-party Amazon metrics - not estimates.

Why do I need to connect both my Amazon Seller and Amazon Ads accounts?

Connecting your Seller account (via the SP-API) pulls the organic search query performance reports, while connecting Amazon Ads retrieves your advertising data. By combining both, the SQP Analyzer gives you a unified view showing how your PPC spend influences your organic market share.

Can I use the tool without connecting my Amazon Ads account?

Yes. You can still see your organic market share, search volume, and conversion rates. However, the PPC-specific insights and combined metrics are not available until your Ads account is connected.

How is this different from the SQP reports in Amazon Seller Central?

We build on top of the raw reports with three key additions:

    • PPC integration: see your ad spend alongside organic performance.
    • Custom chart dashboards: add, remove, and resize charts to build the view that fits your workflow.
    • Flexible data table: group by keyword, ASIN, and period in a nested hierarchy up to 3 levels deep.

Can I analyze my entire catalog at once, or do I have to go product by product?

You can do both. Selecting a specific product (parent or child ASIN) in the top filter bar is optional. Leave the product field empty and the tool aggregates the data across your entire connected account.

Does the tool offer monthly data or only weekly?

Both. You can switch instantly between weekly data for short-term monitoring and monthly data to identify long-term trends and broader market shifts.

How do I clean up the report and remove irrelevant keywords?

Use the built-in filters at the top of the dashboard. Filter the data by search volume, word count, or specific phrases (include/exclude) to remove noise and focus only on the brand, non-brand, or competitor keywords that matter most to your strategy.
