    What is Review Automation?

    Review Automation is a tool that automatically sends the same review request you can send manually in Amazon Seller Central. The system monitors your orders, waits the configured number of days after shipping, checks if the order is eligible, and then schedules the request to be sent at the specified time.

    Do I need an Amazon SP-API connection to use this tool?

    Yes. An SP-API connection is required. Review Automation needs access to your order data to determine eligibility and send review requests on your behalf. Without a connected Amazon Seller account, the tool cannot function. Read more

    How do I use the tool?

    1. Connect your Amazon Seller account via SP-API.
    2. Open the Review Automation tool and select your account.
    3. Enable automation for the products you want to collect reviews for.
    4. Configure the delay (days after shipping) and the time of day to send requests.
    5. That's it! SoldScope will automatically request reviews for every eligible order.

    When exactly are review requests sent?

    Review requests are sent after the number of days you specify following shipment. Once an order becomes eligible, the request is scheduled and sent at the time of day you configured for that marketplace. Amazon allows review requests within a 5–30 day window after delivery.

    Can I manually request a review?

    Yes. You can manually trigger a review request from the orders table when it is available. The request will be scheduled and sent according to your automation settings.

    Can I change automation settings after orders are already placed?

    Yes. Updated settings will be applied to existing orders that are still in progress. The system re-evaluates them during the next daily check and adjusts the timing accordingly.

    What happens if an order contains multiple products?

    If at least one product in the order has automation enabled, a review request will still be sent. The system automatically determines the appropriate timing to ensure a good customer experience.
