WAP - Walk Away Position
Walk Away Position (WAP) is the minimum acceptable set of commercial terms that a vendor is willing to agree to in negotiations with Amazon. If Amazon cannot meet or exceed this threshold, the vendor is prepared to “walk away” from the negotiation.
